  • 4 branch cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp chili pepper oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • Sprinkle with dried scallop flake, optional

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; toss gently to coat. Divide into two equal plate and serve.
