I had a great time decorating this edible strawberries boutique and I am sure your kids, nieces and nephews will love it too. It’s a great gift items as well as well as a great desert. I used 100% cacao coco because strawberries are so sweet, so as a result the coco will give you bitter sweet taste. But if you are playing with and serving this to your kids, I would use the sweetened chocolate. I cannot contain myself any longer and am excited to show you the result, so here it is . . . . .

Directions

  1. Break chocolate with your hand into small pieces and place in a small bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir to mix melted and non-melted chocolate and heat for another 30 seconds.
  2. Repeat the above steps with the white chocolate.
  3. Wash strawberries and dry them with a paper towel. Stick the bottom of strawberry with skewer. Do the same thing for the remaining strawberries.
  4. Use heavy bottom cup or glass; fill with rice, sand or small rocks, whatever you have to stick the strawberries skewers in.
  5. Drip strawberries with chocolate and have FUN, go crazy!
