  • Crust:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/3 cup powder sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • Filling:
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (3.5 oz.) orange jello
  • 1 (6 oz.) mandarin oranges
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • Topping:
  • 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
  • 2 drops orange food coloring
  • 1 banana, sliced, quartered

Directions

  1. Orange Jello: Prepare the night before. Mix orange jello & mandarin oranges.
  2. Crust: Beat flour, margarine, sugar & salt together.
  3. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  4. Cool completely.
  5. Filling: Mix cream cheese, dry vanilla pudding and orange jello chunks and mandarin oranges.
  6. Topping: Mix cool whip, orange food coloring.
  7. Spread over filling. Place banana over the topping.
  8. Decorate.
