Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Oil-cured black olives (pitted)
  • 1 x Garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Liquid removed capers
  • 2 ounce Canned anchovies, liquid removed
  • 4 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x Lemon, juiced
  •     Pizza Dough (See RECIPE)

Directions

  1. COMBINE ALL of the ingredients in a blender or possibly food processor and puree till a smooth sauce is formed. Spread the olive mix over the pizza dough and bake according to instructions. Tops 2 8-inch pizzas
