Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 3 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 whl Large eggs
- 2/3 c. oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 2 c. raspberries
- 1/2 c. walnuts minced
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Combine dry ingredients; set aside. Beat together Large eggs, oil, vanilla, and buttermilk. Add in to dry mix till moistened. Carefully mix in raspberries.
- Grease muffin pan. Fill 3/4 full; top with topping mix. Bake at 350 for 20 to 22 min.
- Topping: Mix all ingredients together.
