Ingredients
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1Â 1/2 c. Bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Melted Butter
Directions
- Tear up bread and put flour over bread. Mix rest of the ingredients and pour over bread. Bake at 350 for 35 min.
- SAUCE: 1 c. water, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 Tbsp cornstarch-or possibly flour, 1/4 stick butter, and 1 tbsp lemon or possibly vanilla extract.
- Combine ingredients and cook till thickened. Pour sauce over pudding to serve. Recipe may be doubled.
- You may use Cold Whip or possibly Dream Whip instead of sauce.
