Ingredients: 1 c. powdered sugar; 1 c. white sugar; 1 c. butter or possibly margarine; 1 c. oil; 2 x Large eggs; 4 1/2 c. flour; 1 tsp cream of tartar; 1 tsp vanilla extract; 1 tsp lemon extract; 1/2 tsp salt

Ingredients

1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. butter or possibly margarine
1 c. oil
2 x Large eggs
4 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon extract
1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Drop by teaspoonfuls on lightly greased cookie sheet and flatten with glass dipped in sugar. This is a very soft dough.
Bake at 350F for ten min.
Makes about 8 dozen.
