Ingredients
- 4 c. Greens, mixed, torn into bite-sized pcs
- 2 c. Chicken, cooked, cut up
- 1 c. Mulberries *
- 1/3 c. Celery, thinnly sliced
- 1/4 c. Almonds, sliced, toasted
- Â Â Fresh grnd black pepper
- 1 c. Plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. Mulberry wine vinegar Or possibly red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. Mulberries *
- 2 tsp Sugar
Directions
- * Frzn unsweetened loose-pack Mulberries, thawed and liquid removed, can be substituted for fresh Mulberries. Toss salad greens, chicken, Mulberries and celery. Sprinkle with almonds. Serve with Mulberry Dressing and pepper. 4 servings.
- MULBERRY DRESSING: Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high speed for about 15 seconds or possibly till smooth.
