Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. Oil
- 3 Tbsp. Wine Vinegar
- 1Â 1/2 lb Beef Stew Meat
- 1 c. Red Wine
- 1 med Onion Chopped
- 1 x Bay Leaf
- 1 x Clove Garlic, Chopped
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 c. Tomato Sauce
- 4 med Potatoes Cubed
- 2 x Carrots, Sliced
- Â Â Salt And Pepper To Taste
Directions
- Saute/fry onion and garlic in oil. Add in every thing except potatoes and carrots to large pot. Cover tightly and simmer 1 1/2 hrs till meat is thoroughly tender. Half an hour before meat is ready add in carrots and potatoes.
