Microwave Carmel Corn Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Brown sugar C. margarine (or possibly butter) C. Karo (dark) syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanila Tspn. Baking soda
  • 4 quart Popped popcorn

Directions

  1. Bring to boil in microwave safe bowl, sugar, margarine, and syrup. (1 minutes)
  2. Cook 1 minutes longer. Fold in Vanila and Baking soda. Pour mix over Popcorn and mix. Place coated popcorn in a large paper bag. Microwave 4 min turning and shaking every minute. Spread on wax paper to cold.
