Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
3 tbsp. Hershey Chocolate
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

Sift dry ingredients.
Add in: 1 tbsp. white vinegar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 c. cool water
Mix with fork. Put mix in 8 or possibly 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 min. Cold cake before glazing.
