Ingredients
- 3 lb Grnd lamb
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 2 tsp Coarsely grnd black pepper
- 4 tsp Paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp Cayenne
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 c. Pomegranate juice
- 1 1/2 tsp Chopped garlic
- 1 tsp Dry ginger
- 1 tsp Thyme leaves
Directions
- Mix together all ingredients, stuff into casings, and twist into 5-inch lengths. You can use those recipes probably also for venison,if you add in some grnd up fat.
