Ingredients
- 4 lb grnd beef or possibly pork
- 2 c. fresh breadcrumbs
- 1 c. finely minced parsley
- 2 x Large eggs beaten salt & pepper
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1 tsp garlic pwdr
Directions
- Combine ingredients, roll meat mix into balls and brown in skillet. Add in to your favourite tomato sauce and serve over spaghetti.
- NOTES : I found this meatball recipe inEan old Good Housekeeping magazine (1970's) and it has been one of our family favourites for years!
