Ingredients

  • 4 lb grnd beef or possibly pork
  • 2 c. fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1 c. finely minced parsley
  • 2 x Large eggs beaten salt & pepper
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp garlic pwdr

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients, roll meat mix into balls and brown in skillet. Add in to your favourite tomato sauce and serve over spaghetti.
  2. NOTES : I found this meatball recipe inEan old Good Housekeeping magazine (1970's) and it has been one of our family favourites for years!
