Ingredients

1 stick butter
Sm. can evaporated lowfat milk
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sm. marshmallows

Directions

Combine all ingredients except marshmallows. Cook to 230 degrees. Remove and put small marshmallows in and stir till marshmallows heat.
