Ingredients
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp. ginger root, grated or possibly chopped
Directions
- Mix ingredients well. Meat should marinate overnight for best flavor. This marinade goes well with beef, chicken, veal, lamb or possibly pork. Flavor is exceptional when cooked over charcoal fire.
