2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
1 teaspoon ginger

Directions

Mix together ingredients in large shallow dish. Add in meat. Cover tightly. Chill at least 4 hrs. Turn meat occasionally. Save marinade to brush over meat when grilling or possibly broiling.
