Everybody's got to love a marinara recipe!

Ingredients

  • 5 Garlic cloves, crushed and chopped
  • 2 tbsp. Fresh parsley (more if preferred), washed
  • 20 Fresh basil leaves (more if preferred), washed and cut
  • 1 can 425g Whole tomatoes, crushed with hands
  • 4 Shrimps, cut
  • 50g Chicken breast, cut
  • 2 tbsp. Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Pour in the olive oil in skillet.
  2. Saute' the garlic when the pan is heated up.
  3. If using chicken, throw in the chicken when the garlic turns golden. Stir well.
  4. If using shrimps, add in the shrimps when the chicken cooks.
  5. Add the parsley and basil leaves.
  6. Season the dish with fish sauce.
  7. Add all the tomatoes.
  8. Lower the heat and let the dish simmer.
  9. Season the dish with fish sauce.
  10. Add the grated cheese. Stir well.
  11. Let it simmer under low heat for 5-10 minutes.
  12. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper.
