Ingredients
- 1 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c. Red wine vinegar (flavored With garlic or possibly eschalot if Desired).
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp MSG (Optional)
- 1 tsp Mint (fresh or possibly dry)
- 1 tsp Freshly grnd black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
Directions
- Mix all ingredients. Marinate lamb for at least 2 hrs before barbequing.
- Bast frequently with sauce while cooking in a Chinese smoke over or possibly cooking over charcoal.
- Makes sufficient sauce for about 6 chops or possibly a 3-5 lb. roast.
