Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 dsh Tabasco sauce or possibly to taste
Directions
- Combine ingredients and zap in the microwave for about 1 1/2 min till the butter is melted. Brush on fish with basting brush.
- Grill fish on high heat turning frequently till cooked. Baste with sauce every time you turn it.
