Ingredients: 2 Tbsp. butter; 1/4 c. lemon juice; 1 tsp crushed garlic; 1 tsp ginger paste; 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce; 2 dsh Tabasco sauce or possibly to taste

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 dsh Tabasco sauce or possibly to taste

Directions

Combine ingredients and zap in the microwave for about 1 1/2 min till the butter is melted. Brush on fish with basting brush.
Grill fish on high heat turning frequently till cooked. Baste with sauce every time you turn it.
