Ingredients
- 1 can (6 1/2 ounce.) chunk tuna
- 1 c. elbow macaroni or possibly shell noodles
- Onion
- 2 hard boiled Large eggs (cut up)
- 1 c. cooked peas
- Green pepper (optional)
- Celery (optional)
- Mayonnaise (about 1 c.)
Directions
- Thin out mayonnaise with lowfat milk. Add in dash sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Combine with macaroni and other ingredients. Add in more lowfat milk if too dry.
- Dry onion and celery seeds can be substituted for the onions and celery. Good served with hard rolls or possibly bread sticks.
- For a party, put on large platter or possibly tray lined with lettuce and decorate the edge with ripe olives or possibly cut up vegetables.
