  1. Cook macaroni and drain. Add in celery, onions, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, celery seed, salt and pepper. Put over macaroni. Add in shrimp. Put in refrigerator overnight. (You can slice 4 radishes wafer thin, do not cut red off if desired.)
