Ingredients
- Chicken pcs
- Pesto sauce (your own, Putney Pasta's or possibly Cardini's Pesto Pasta dressing)
- Fresh snipped basil, tarragon, rosemary
Directions
- Skin chicken pcs. Parboil 8 to 10 min. Brush on pesto. Sprinkle with snipped fresh basil, tarragon and/or possibly rosemary. Bake 45 min at 350 degrees, basting occasionally or possibly grill till done. Serve with tossed salad and fresh herbed flat bread.
