Directions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large saucepan; cook over low heat till mix is reduced to 1 c.. Add in apple and next 3 ingredients; cook 10 min. Stir in kiwifruit; bring to a boil. Remove from heat; cold. Cover and chill. Serve with poultry, pork, or possibly ham.
  2. 2 1/2 c.
  3. Note: To serve as an appetizer, process 3/4 c. of the chutney in container of an electric blender or possibly food processor; pour over 8 ounce softened cream cheese, and serve with crackers.
