Ingredients
- 800 gm kiwi fruit
- 100 ml water
- 200 ml Champagne
- 3/4 c. sugar (caster)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
- Puree the kiwi fruit in a vitamiser.
- Boil the water, champagne and sugar add in the kiwi puree and lemon juice. Stir well and allow to cold.
- Freeze the mix for 2-3 hrs, whisking every 15 min or possibly so to prevent large chunks of ice from forming.
