  • 1 lb Boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut in thin strips
  • 2 tsp Caribbean Jerk Seasoning
  • 1 pkt (1 lb) frzn bell pepper and onion stir fry
  • 1/3 c. Orange juice
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch

Directions

  1. Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat till warm. Add in chicken and jerk seasoning; cook and stir 5-7 min or possibly till chicken is no longer pink.
  2. Add in bell pepper and onion stir-fry; cover and cook 3-5 min or possibly till vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine orange juice and cornstarch; blend till smooth. Add in to mix in skillet; cook and stir till bubbly and thickened.
