Ingredients
- 4 c. flour
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 pkt Jello* (3 ounce.) any flavor**
- 1 x egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 1. Soft flour and baking pwdr. Set aside.
- 2. Cream butter. Gradually add in sugar and powdered Jello, creaming well after each.
- 3. Add in egg and vanilla to butter mix. Beat well.
- 4. Gradually add in flour mix to butter mix. Mix till smooth.
- 5. Force dough into cookie gun.
- 6. Press onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- 7. Bake at 375 degrees for ten min or possibly when delicately brown.
- Linda Says: Depending on what kind of cookie gun patterns you have, you can do Christmas trees, wreath, reindeer, etc. These are easy to make, good to eat, and very festive-looking.
- * No water is added to the Jello. It is used in its dry, powdered form.
- ** Lime and Strawberry make pretty pale green and pink cookies for the holidays
