  • 1 lemon
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 box Jello, red or possibly green color
  • 1 can young coconut meat, cubed
  • 1 can Attap Fruit, cubed
  • 1 can Jackfruit, cubed
  • 1 avocado, peeled and cubed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Cut lemon and extract juice. Put together lowfat milk, sugar and lemon juice. Add in fruit and serve with ice cubes.Can be purchased at an Oriental market.
