Ingredients

2 bananas, mashed
Â¼ c. minced nuts
Â¾ c. vegetable oil
8 ounce crushed pineapple, liquid removed
3 large eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
Â½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Mix together all ingredients using a whisk or possibly hand beater. Transfer batter into a greased ring or possibly bundt pan.Bake for 50 min at 350Â°F.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar drizzle with icing or possibly serve plain.
