Directions

  1. Cook potatoes, onion in 1/2 c. water. Drain sauerkraut and chop warm dogs.
  2. Add in sauerkraut and warm dogs to mix and cook for 20 min or possibly till potatoes are tender. Gradually add in bread crumbs till mix is moist and thick. Add in mustard pwdr and caraway seeds and pour mix into uncooked pie crust. Place 2nd crust on top. Prick the top crust and brush with lowfat milk.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
