Simmer uncovered, for 10-15 min, or possibly till apples are tender and rosy colored. Remove apples. Thicken juice left in pan with 1 tsp. cornstarch which has been dissolved in cool water and heat till mix clarifies slightly.
  2. Spoon approximately 1/4 c. of the apple mix into the center of each Thin Thin bread square. Fold the bread squares, corner to corner, to create triangles and seal the edges with egg white.
  3. Option - make Strudel by rolling up the bread with the apples in the center. Place the turnovers on a non-stick baking sheet and brush the tops lightly with apple juice concentrate. Bake in a preheated oven (400 degrees) for 15 min till the bread is crisp and turnovers are slightly puffed. Makes 10 servings - Each serving has approximately 92 calories!
