Ingredients
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tbsp. butter
- Unbaked pie shell
Directions
- Blend together sugar, flour, and salt. Stir in cream, vanilla, and butter. Pour thoroughly beaten mix into unbaked pie shell. Bake 10 min at 450 degrees and then at 325 degrees for 35 min.
