Ingredients: 2 lbs. grnd chuck or possibly 1 1/2 pound chuck and 1/2 pound pork; 3 cloves garlic, chopped; 3 teaspoon salt; 1 teaspoon pepper; 1 c. soft bread crumbs; 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese; 2 Large eggs; 1 tbsp. parsley (optional)

Ingredients

3 cloves garlic, chopped
3 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 Large eggs
1 tbsp. parsley (optional)

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape into balls of desired size. Bake on sheet pan 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. If above mix seems heavy or possibly tight, add in lowfat milk to desired consistency.
