Ingredients
- 2 lbs. grnd chuck or possibly 1 1/2 pound chuck and 1/2 pound pork
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 tbsp. parsley (optional)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape into balls of desired size. Bake on sheet pan 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. If above mix seems heavy or possibly tight, add in lowfat milk to desired consistency.
