Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp Pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl till proportionately distributed. Put mix in foil packed or possibly small glass jar. Label with date and contents.
Store in a cold, dry place. Use within 3-4 months.
Makes about 3 tb, or possibly 1 package, of Caesar Salad Dressing Mix.
