  1. Mix ingredients in brown paper bag. Put roast in bag and shake. Let sit in bag 1/2 hour, then flip and let sit another half hour. Roast meat in oven at 350 degrees on roasting rack above drip pan till desired doneness. Use flour and herb mix to make gravy.
