Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. butter, softened
  • 1/3 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. flaked coconut
  • 1 pkg. Betty Crocker blueberry muffin mix
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) can crushed pineapple, liquid removed

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease square pan, 9"x9"x2". Mix butter, sugar and coconut; set aside. Prepare muffin mix as directed on package except add in pineapple. Pour into pan. Spread coconut mix over top evenly. Bake 25 to 30 min or possibly till brown.
