Ingredients
- 6 egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
Directions
- Beat egg whites till stiff. Add in cream of tatar and sugar gradually. Line 2 (9 x 13 inch) pans with foil. Spread half mix in each pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min. Leave in oven 10 min longer with door open. Remove foils.
