Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon non-aluminum baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 c. prepared Butter Buds
- 1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 c. unfiltered apple juice
- 1/2 c. minced dates or possibly date nuggets
- 1 c. apple, minced and peeled
- 1/2 c. old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 c. oat bran
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients; mix wet ingredients into dry. Mix batter till smooth. Drop by tsp. onto non-stick cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake 15 to 20 min till lightly browned. Makes 24.
