Ham Noodles (Schinkennudeln) Recipe

• 1 pound wide egg noodles
• 1/2 pound sliced boiled or possibly smoked ham
• About 2 c. grated Swiss cheese
• 1/3 c. bread crumbs
• 2 Large eggs + 4 egg whites
• 1/2 c. sour half and half
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon grnd nutmeg
• 3/4 - 1 c. lowfat milk (any kind)
• butter and/or possibly butter or possibly "country morning"
