Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound grnd beef
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 1/3 sticks butter
- 1 sm. pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
- 1 1/3 c. warm water
- 1 can cream of celery or possibly mushroom or possibly chicken soup
Directions
- Brown meat with onion and celery. Blend butter, stuffing and water. In a 2 qt casserole, layer the meat mix with stuffing - 1/2 meat, all stuffing, remaining 1/2 meat. Blend 1/4 c. water with soup and pour over casserole. Sprinkle top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Serves 8.
