Ingredients
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1 tbsp. shortening
- 1 1/2 c. brown gravy
- 1 can refrigerator biscuits
- 2 med. potatoes
- 2 carrots
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Brown grnd beef and onion. Cook potatoes and carrots till tender. Drain. Add in to grnd beef. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in gravy. Place in casserole dish. Top with biscuits. Bake at 450 degrees till biscuits are done.
