Ingredients

  • 5 c. bran flakes
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 c flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 c. Karo
  • 1 pt. lowfat buttermilk

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients. Add in rest and stir. Bake 15-20 min in muffin pans at 400 degrees. Makes 48 muffins. May bake as needed. Keep balance in refrigerator.
