Ingredients
- 5 c. bran flakes
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 c flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 c. Karo
- 1 pt. lowfat buttermilk
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients. Add in rest and stir. Bake 15-20 min in muffin pans at 400 degrees. Makes 48 muffins. May bake as needed. Keep balance in refrigerator.
