Ingredients
- 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 x onion, chopped
- 1 tsp grnd mustard
- 1/4 tsp grnd white pepper
- 1/2 c. pecans
- 2 x heads bib lettuce- rinsed, dry and torn into pcs
- 3/4 lb grilled skinless, boneless chicken breast, sliced
- 2 lrg oranges, peeled and segmented
Directions
- 1 Add in red wine vinegar, sugar, vegetable oil, salt, onion, mustard powdered, and white pepper in a blender; blend.
- 2 Place nuts in a dry skillet. Toast over medium heat, turning frequently, till nuts are fragrant and lightly browned.
- 3 Arrange Bibb lettuce on plates, top with grilled chicken slices, seasonal fruit choice, and nuts. Drizzle arranged salad with dressing. Serve.
