Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. Corn meal, yellow
- 1 1/4 c. Flour
- 4 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 x Egg
- 1/3 c. Vegetable oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 . In a large bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking pwdr, and salt. Add in lowfat milk, oil and egg; mix till dry ingredients are moistened. Pour into 9x9 inch Square Baker. Bake 20-23 min or possibly till cake comes out clean.
