Ingredients
- 1 lg. can apricots
- 1 lg. pkg. orange Jello
- 1 c. fruit juice
- 1 sm. can crushed pineapple
- 2 c. warm water
- 1 1/2 c. sm. marshmallows
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 T flour
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 c. fruit juice
Directions
- Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add in marshmallows and juice. Add in apricots and pineapple. Let set.
- Cook till thick, add in 2 tbsp butter, let cool. Whip 1/2 pint whipping cream and add in to frosting. Spread over Jello mix and garnish with coconut.
