  1. Preheat oven to 375. Butter and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. Cream sugar, butter, and egg. Add in vanilla. Add in flour, baking soda, baking pwdr, and nutmeg. In a food processor or possibly grinder, finely grind the raisins, nuts, and orange (peel and all), and buttermilk. Add in to batter.
  3. Bake 40 min. When completely cold, invert on plate and frost with chocolate glaze.
