  • 2 deep dish 9 inch pie shells
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 10 tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 (12 ounce.) evaporated lowfat milk, divided
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 well beaten Large eggs

Directions

  1. Combine sugar and cocoa well. Add in 1/2 lowfat milk. Add in beaten Large eggs, butter and vanilla. Add other half of lowfat milk. Bake 2 pies at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with Cold Whip. May be frzn.
