  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  • 1 c. mince meat
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 lg. Large eggs
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Spread 1 full c. mincemeat in the unbaked pie shell. Mix lowfat milk, sugar, Large eggs, flour, and vanilla in blender for 30 seconds. Pour over mincemeat. Bake till golden brown in 350 degree oven for about 40 min.
