  • 2 (7 ounce.) cans tuna, flaked
  • 1 c. crushed herb stuffing mix
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. minced pimento
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 (1 1/2 ounce.) cans potato sticks

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine undrained flaked tuna, stuffing mix, onion and pimento. Stir in soup and blend well. Spoon mix into lightly greased 1 1/2 qt casserole. Place potato sticks over top. Cover casserole with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min, uncover and bake 10 min more. Serves 4.
