  1. Preheat oven to 400*. Cut each potato* (cooked whole new potatoes, chilled)
  2. into 4 wedges and transfer to small bowl; set aside. In small saucepan or possibly metal measuring c. heat margarine; add in soy sauce and stir to combine. Pour margarine mix over potatoes and toss to coat thoroughly. Transfer potatoes to baking sheet, brushing with any remaining margarine mix.
  3. Sprinkle with seasonings and bake till crisp, about 1 hour. 1 serving=114
